Mutual Respect

Our culture is built on the values of fairness, trust and mutual respect. We operate a 'seamless society' where we treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of gender, age, colour, creed, sexuality of rank.

Equal Opportunities

We operate in parts of the world where sometimes people in minority groups (such as people with disabilities) are unfortunately marginalised in society. Blue Skies however actively seeks to provide opportunities for everyone based on individual merit and their potential to succeed.

Championing Women

Over 60% of the people we employ across our business our women, including four of eight of our General Managers. But our diversity does not come from positive discrimination, it rather comes naturally from our approach to equal opportunities.

 

Working Together

We are present in over ten countries in different parts of the world, however we see ourselves as one. Our sites constantly work together and support each other to develop new ideas and share best practice, and collaboratively agree plans for the year ahead.
